ORDERING GOODSIf you place an order for goods, these Conditions will apply to your purchase. Whilst we will try to fulfil any orders placed with us within any stated time, we shall not (save as otherwise required by law) be liable for the consequences of any delay or failure to deliver and all orders are accepted subject to availability. Orders must be paid for at the time of ordering using one of the credit/debit cards identified on the Site order page, by sending us a cheque or arranging a BACS transfer as specified on the Site in the correct amount and all orders are conditional on subsequent validation of payment. Your goods should reach you in perfect condition, but if it arrives in defective condition, please return it to us within 10 days and we will arrange to have it exchanged. Any orders placed are subject to your right of cancellation within seven working days of delivery (starting the day after you receive the goods). This is a UK statutory right. Should you cancel your order we will then refundyou the price you have paid for the goods excluding standard delivery costs already paid by us and the cost of any special service provided by us. You are under a duty to take reasonable care of the PIE Guide, which means it must be unused in order for you to exercise your right of cancellation. How to cancel: Please notify us in writing or email as soon as possible of your wish to cancel. If we have already dispatched the goods to you by this time, please appropriately package the goods with the receipt and send them to us so that we receive them within 10 working days after they were delivered to you. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we deliver the item to you in error or the item is faulty. If we do not receive the goods back from you, we may arrange for collection of them from you and charge our cost of collection to you. When we receive notice of your cancellation of this order, we will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that item to you as soon as possible, and within a maximum period of 30 days. Data Security: any personal information provided by you for the purposes of entering into a purchase transaction with us shall only be used for the purpose of administering your order and for the provision of after sales service to you. Such information shall not be released to any third parties.
